Bad news to all my brothers out there who enjoy a good cup of coffee to kick start their day. According to studies, taking in too much coffee could lead to urinary incontinent in males.

If you are not sure what urinary incontinent is, don’t worry, I didn’t know either. It is actually the loss of bladder control. Yikes! I am sure we all know how embarrassing that can be.

Thing is, caffeine is not only found in coffee alone but in other products as well. Products such as soft drinks, ice cream and chocolate.

It’s something to consider. People who are having problems with urinary incontinence should modify their caffeine intake,” said Dr Alayne Markland.

Now, before you throw all your toys out the cot, you are still allowed to consume caffeine but just keep it under control and your bladder will thank you for it.
