We all dream of living a better and healthier lifestyle but if you are anything like me, going to the gym can be a major drag. Sometimes we are not motivated enough to get up from the couch and depart with that bag of potato chips.

Well, do I have good news for you, according to American researchers, one does not have to do more than your daily activities to stay fit. It has been proven that executing tasks such as raking leaves or choosing to use the stairs instead of an elevator can be just as effective.

So if your new year’s resolution was to take out a contract at the gym, why not save yourself the cash and rather do your chores at home. Remember to actively move your body for about 30 minutes a day, that’s the golden rule.
