Scottish business mogul and former star of the BBC TV series Dragon’s Den, Duncan Bannatyne, has wed his fiancé Nigora Whitehorn in a stunning, sun-drenched ceremony held in the Algarve.
The Glasgow-born multi-millionaire, 68, tied the knot in an intimate beach ceremony attended by friends and family in the exclusive Quinta do Lago area, on Saturday. The traditional wedding ceremony was followed by a colourful Uzbek party on Sunday.
While the hotel and health spa tycoon dressed for the big day in a Scottish kilt, his Uzbekistan-born bride, 38, wore a delicately-embroidered, one-shouldered mermaid creation.
The founder of the Bannatyne Group and author of seven books has close ties to the Algarve, where he has real estate investments.
