Let’s face it, we all want to look younger and live longer. A study in the UK has shown that a simple exercise has helped people live longer. That exercise is just simply feeling younger than you are.
The study was done with people around the age of 52 years of age to see whether they felt younger, older or exactly their age. It proved that people who felt older or their exact age were generally sick.
Many health factors were taken into consideration, like their lifestyle, depression, diabetes, strokes and other illnesses.
It was also noticed that people who felt older were less active, more lonely, less mobile and less out going.
