If you’re 2015 is going to be anything close to being as busy as 2014 then having leisurely hours at the gym might not be on the cards for you.
Don’t despair though; one can still become fit without slaving away in the gym. In fact, one does not have to spend an hour everyday at the gym. Just a good 10 to 15 minutes of exercise should do your body just fine.
Feeling exhausted when you come from work? So exhausted that you don’t have any energy to do anything else? Then perhaps it’s time to prioritise your time and get some exercise done in the early morning. That’s right, that means cutting back on the snooze in the morning and waking up a little earlier.
If you find yourself running out of time in the mornings, perhaps you might want to split your work out. Continue with your exercising later in the day.
