Five fitness budgets

Five fitness budgets

We all want to exercise and get into shape but the thought of racking up a bill can be a frightening thought. So we just leave the whole exercise gig because we believe we do not have the budget for it.

Well, there are things that one can do that will not cost you an arm or a leg but rather exercise it.

Sometimes we lack a little ambition and I have been guilty of that too, so one of the things one can do is to start a group. Exercising in a group is a great way to get fit. It holds you accountable to other people in the group as well as raising a little competition among friends.

Competition is a great way to stay motivated and challenge yourself as well as the people you are exercising with.

One does not have to get involved in a gym per say but becoming part of an active group could have equal benefits to getting fit. One can join a local soccer club, rugby club or join any sport you enjoy.

If you feel you need expert advice or guidance, you do not have to hire a personal trainer. With the help of modern technology, downloading an app is way more cost effective.

Lastly, just doing normal activities on a day-to-day basis can help keep your body in shape, just as long as you keep moving.
