We know how much our brothers and sisters in Jozi loath e tolls, but it seems like tolls are a booming business in good old Algarve.
In fact, it looks like they are actually making a killing with their tolls according to a statement released by the National Road Company, Estradas de Portugal.
One would think that people would avoid routes such as the A22 motorway which have tolls but in actual fact, they have increased by 19 percent.
The tolls on the A22 motorway was able to rid road users of 28.2 million Euros last year, coming straight from their pocket, which was an increase of 4.5 million Euros in comparison to the previous year.
