I mean, who wouldn’t want to turn back the hands of time and look 10 to 20 years younger (unless you are 10 or 20)?
Well, Portuguese researchers have discovered that aging and living a long life has much to do with your diet. Cláudia Cavadas who led the research team has come to the conclusion that a low carb diet is the key to living longer and looking younger.
They feel positive that their research might open more doors as to a possible cure to diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s which come with age.
