Live better, sleep better


Ag no, it’s night time again, the only time you get the chance to rest but it’s proving to be anything but.

You’re tossing and turning in your bed, you have tried every sleeping position possible and every remedy but nothing seems to help.

This might seem like the opportune time to pop a sleeping pill, but is that really necessary?

If this happens once in a while, then don’t fret about it but should this be a regular occurrence, then perhaps it’s time to evaluate your lifestyle.

There are a few things one can monitor before reaching for those pills of slumber.

Firstly, you can check your diet, drinking caffeine; especially later in the day can impact your sleep.

Also, sleeping in the middle of the day can disturb your sleeping pattern.  Try and go to bed the same time every night so that your body can follow a sleeping pattern.
