A Museum in Portugal is proving that there is more to the element of water than just H2O. If anything, this museum is all but main stream.
The “Water Museum” is a thoroughly engaging place which aims to educate students in their teens and younger. It is owned by the Portuguese water company, EPAL and allows visitors to engage on a scientific as well as historic level.
The outline of the museum is in the form of an imaginary stream which guides its visitors along their excursion. There is a continuous flow from floor to ceiling with lights on both the ground and behind the mirrors on the ceiling.
