Whether we are exercising for daily recreation or exercising to achieve a goal, we are losing water as we do so.
Obviously, we are losing this water through our perspiration. That is why it is very important that we keep ourselves hydrated at all times. Before we work out, during our work out session and afterwards.
Water helps to regulate our body temperature, lubricates our joints and helps with the transportation of nutrients to keep you healthy.
