Vasco da Gama are in action this Wednesday when they play African Warriors at the tricky Charles Mopeli Stadium in the Free State.
Vasco are now fourth on the National First Division table following a 0-0 draw with FC Cape Town on the weekend.
Second-from-bottom African Warriors will be hoping they can turn their form around at a ground which is usually hard for travelling teams to win on.
This past weekend, Warriors were on the receiving end of a 5-1 hiding by Baroka FC, their fourth defeat of the season. Meanwhile Vasco have been slightly up and down, recording a win, draw and loss in their last three encounters.
On the weekend past, there was not much separating two Cape sides Vasco and FC Cape Town as they played to a goalless draw at Parow Park.
The hosts might have been the more ambitious side, but they found FC Cape Town keeper Ludwe Mpakumpaku to be in outstanding form on the day.
