Ola Readers, Amigos and Amigas!
I must say that it’s great to be back in sunny Cape Town after experiencing a very cold and wet Autumn in Portugal and Spain. I have just completed 253km over 9 days walking the Caminho De Santiago or better known in English as The Way of Saint James. The trip started off rough with me getting lost and racking up an additional 21km as the Caminho from Porto to Santiago de Compestela is actually only 242km, but that’s a story for another day!
With Senhor Cabo starting as a hobby and pastime 18 months ago, it has evolved in the last 6 months to practically a full time job. I have you, the readers and followers to thank for our short term success and really value and treasure your continued support. Of course, not forgetting our contributors, who occasionally supply us with interesting content. A big word of thanks to you and hope that we will be receiving much more content from you in the new year.
We have some exciting developments for 2015 and trust that you will join us on our journey.
On this note, on behalf of the Senhor Cabo team, I would like to wish you and your families a blessed festive season and be safe if you are travelling.
Abraco and obrigado
